We are now looking for curious and engaged operators who want to be part of our team in Kungshamn. The role is suitable for those who enjoy working together with others and have an interest in technology and manufacturing. Safety always comes first with us, and you will be offered a good working environment without heavy physical tasks.

In the team, there are both very experienced operators and colleagues who are new to the role – we help each other and learn from one another. We value engagement, responsibility, and the willingness to contribute to both production results and a positive work environment.

As an operator, you will work with:

• All aspects of the production process of sandwich panels
• Material planning and material handling
• Troubleshooting and basic maintenance
• Documentation and quality controls
• Follow-up and work with continuous improvements
• Forklift driving

We prefer that you have a relevant high school education and experience from the manufacturing industry is an advantage – but your attitude and personality are the most important to us.

You are:

• Positive, solution-oriented, and has a healthy work attitude

You are used to working digitally and enjoy using various systems and tools in your daily work. To fit into the role, you need to have a forklift license, preferably also a crane license, and the ability to work shifts.
